Your privacy is important to FastServ Networks, LLC hereafter referred to as "FastServ", we take customer data and security seriously. Your privacy and compliance with Data Protection Laws (including GDPR) is very important to us.
The Information We Obtain and How We Use It
The information we obtain from you is necessary for us to provide you with services and design new services for your future use.
- When you purchase something from us, as part of the buying and selling process we need to know your name, company name, address, phone number and e-mail address to properly provide and invoice for those services, respond to your requests or recommend how we can best serve you. We may also collect your account information with FastServ such as services you ordered, the IP address assigned to you, your customer IDs, payment information, the use of FastServ services, communication records or any other information related to your account. We reserve the right to also require documents and information that confirm your identity.
- We use Personal Data to administer and support FastServ services through our platform and other communication channels.
- We may also use information in our records to protect our customers, employees or property - for instance, to investigate fraud, harassment or other types of unlawful activities involving FastServ or other carriers that we do business with. In some cases, it may be necessary to provide this information to the government or third parties that make a lawful demand for it.
- We share information within our company to enable us to better understand our customers' product and service needs, and to learn how to best design, develop, and package products and services to best meet those needs.
- Based on your behaviour on our website FastServ will receive your computer’s IP address, the domain name and the name of the browser. For more details please see our Privacy Over the Internet section.
- We will use your Personal Data in the recruitment process when you apply for employment through our website or platform. This will be necessary for us to be able to respond to your application for employment.
Accuracy of the Information We Hold
We want to make sure the information we obtain and use about customers is accurate. To that end, we strive to verify that our customer records are correct. To do that we may also contact you using the phone number you provide us with. Much of this information is reflected in your monthly invoice. Furthermore, you may view your records upon request. If you see an inaccuracy on your FastServ invoice or in your records, and you let us know, we can correct it.
Your rights
You have certain legal rights in relation to your Personal Data:
- Right of access: On your request, we can confirm whether we are processing your Personal Data and, if so, provide you with a copy of that Personal Data along with certain other details.
- Right to rectification: If the information we have about you is incorrect, you may request FastServ to correct your information. This includes the right to have incomplete information completed, taking into account the purpose of the processing.

Disclosure of Information Outside FastServ
As a general rule, without your permission, FastServ does not release confidential customer information to unaffiliated third parties. We will only disclose your personal data to third parties, in the following 4 exceptions:
- To parties who are contractors providing services to assist FastServ in performing the tasks for which we may legitimately use the data, for example, fulfilling orders, processing payment, or assisting our marketing activities. FastServ guarantees that these parties are bound by confidentially provisions that are no less strict than the confidentially provisions in place between FastServ and the customer.
- When legally required to do so, for example in legal proceedings;
- Where it is necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- When we have your express consent to do so.
Privacy Over the Internet
The only individually identifiable information FastServ obtains about individual visitors to our websites is information supplied voluntarily by the visitor. This means that you can visit our websites without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. To gauge the effectiveness of our websites, we do collect some non-individually-identifiable generic information about our visitors. Our Web servers automatically recognize a visitor's Internet service provider, the IP address, the domain name, the name of the browser, and the operating system. In addition to, which pages are viewed on our sites, the Web page you were on when you link to our sites, how much time a visitor spends on each page and other information related to the operation and interaction of FastServ websites. This information does not reveal a visitor's identity. We aggregate this information and use it to evaluate and improve our websites. You can choose to provide individually identifiable information to FastServ in a number of ways through our websites - by ordering a service from us, sending us an email, registering to receive news or information or applying for a job. When visitors supply information about themselves for a specific purpose, FastServ uses the information for that purpose (such as to provide the information the visitor has requested or to consider a visitor for a particular job). If you provide individually identifiable information to us in the context of an event FastServ sponsors with another company, such as a contest, or if you register on a co-sponsored site or feature, you may also be providing the individually identifiable information to the co-sponsor. The FastServ websites may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices employed by other sites. Other websites may have different privacy policies or no policy. Users should review the privacy policies of any Web site before providing personal information.
Electronic Communications
FastServ or those with whom FastServ has a business relationship, upon received consent will use email, telephone and other messaging services to communicate with our customers, respond to visitors' emails, or to inform about events or new products.
How long will the information be retained?
Your personal data in FastServ databases is retained as long as it is necessary for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Policy, or in accordance to the law requirements, whichever is the longer.
Children
FastServ does not intentionally collect personal data from children under the age of 16. If you have a reason to believe that a child under the age of 16 has provided personal data to FastServ, please contact us and we will erase that information from our databases.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
FastServ reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time and will post any changes to this document on the FastServ website www.FastServ.com. We advise you to check this page regularly to see if any changes have been implemented.
